How do I completely disable plugin, theme and core updates?

Open Site Overview
Click on your site.

Open Site Settings
Click Settings in the left-side menu of the site dashboard to access configuration options for the selected website.

Open Auto Update Settings
Click the Auto Update option within Site Settings to view the auto-update controls for core, plugins, and themes.
Note: Auto Update controls are located in the site settings area and are shown near sync and HTTP auth settings.

Disable Auto Updates
Click the Auto Updates switch at the bottom centre of the Auto Update section to turn it off and prevent automatic updates for plugins, themes and WordPress core.
Note: After toggling off, look for a confirmation toast that indicates the change was applied.

Verify Change
Confirm the message 'WordPress auto-updates disabled successfully' appears and that the Auto Updates switch shows the off state.
