You can whitelist an IP that has already been blocked by our firewall. If you want to whitelist an IP that isn’t currently blocked, or if you need to whitelist a range of IPs, we recommend reaching out to our support team by writing to us at support@blogvault.net or by creating a ticket via -> https://blogvault.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

Here is a detailed guide on how to whitelist an IP that has already been blocked by our firewall.

Step 1 of 6
Open Site Dashboard
Click on your site name in the main sites list to open the management dashboard for that specific WordPress site.
Note: This page provides detailed controls and insights for the selected site, including security, backups, and performance sections.

Step 5 of 6
Open Whitelist Options
Click the shield icon next to a blocked request in the logs to open whitelist options for that IP address.
Note: This allows you to whitelist trusted IPs that were mistakenly blocked by the firewall.
Step 6 of 6
Confirm IP Whitelisting
Click the Confirm Whitelist button in the dialog box to add the selected IP address to the whitelist.
Note: Once confirmed, this IP will bypass the firewall restrictions for future access.
