How Do I Add Team Members to My Account?

Step 1 of 6

Open the Team Section

Click on 'Team' in the left sidebar to access your team management area where you can view and manage team members.

Note: This section allows you to manage user roles, invitations, and access permissions for your team.

Add a New Team Member

Click on 'Add Team Member' in the center of the page to begin adding a new person to your team.

Note: You'll be redirected to a form where you can enter details like the member's name, email, and role.

Open Site Selection Dropdown

Select the team member role you would like to assign to them and click the site selection dropdown at the bottom of the page to choose which WordPress sites this team member should have access to.

Note: You can assign access to all sites or select specific ones as needed. Team members can have different roles, *Collaborators can only manage sites assigned to them. *Administrators can do everything apart from view or change billing details. *Co-Owners have full access to the dashboard.

Select Site Access

From the dropdown, click on the site you would like to assign to the new team member.

Note: You can select multiple sites if the team member needs access to more than one WordPress installation.

Step 5 of 6

Save the New Team Member

Click the 'Save Team Member' button at the bottom of the form to send an invitation to the new team member.

Note: An email invitation will be sent automatically for the team member to accept and join.

Step 6 of 6

Review Team Member Invitation

On the Team Members page, verify that the newly invited member appears in the list with their assigned role and site access.

Note: A confirmation message like 'Team member username' has been invited successfully' confirms that the invitation was sent correctly. If the status shows 'Pending', it means the user has not yet accepted the invitation.
