How Do I Add Clients to My Account?

Step 1 of 6

Access the Clients Section

Click on the 'Clients' option in the left sidebar to open the client management section where you can view and manage all your clients.

Note: This section allows you to organize and manage your client list efficiently.

Add a New Client

Click the 'Add Client' button in the center of the page to start creating a new client record.

Note: You can add basic details like name, email, and associated sites for the client.

Open Site Assignment Options

Please make sure to fill all the client details and click the dropdown button under the 'Assign Sites' section at the bottom of the page to choose which sites to assign to the new client.

Note: Assigning sites helps link your client with their respective WordPress installations.

Select a Site to Assign

Select name of the site from the site list in the Assign Sites section to link it with the client profile.

Note: You can assign multiple sites if needed, depending on the client's account.

Create the Client Profile

Click on the 'Create Client' button at the bottom of the page to save the new client details and assigned sites.

Note: Ensure all required fields are filled before proceeding to avoid errors.

Step 6 of 6

Review the Created Client

The Clients overview page will now display the new client in the list along with their details such as name, email, and assigned sites.

Note: Look for the confirmation message 'Client created successfully' at the top of the page to verify the client was added. You can now edit client details or assign additional sites as needed.
