Ensuring Trusted Sender Emails: DKIM and DMARC for Client Reports

We've enhanced our Outbound Email feature with advanced domain verification. Emails can now bear your unique domain signature through DKIM and return path configurations, significantly improving trust and deliverability. Your workflow for email verification and domain setup is now more streamlined and secure.

Open Sender Emails Section
Click on the 'Sender Emails' option in the left sidebar to open the section where you can manage and configure sender email addresses for your website.

Add a New Sender Email
Click the 'Add Email' button in the top-right corner of the Sender Emails page to begin adding a new sender email address.

Sender Email Details
Enter the Email Address and the Sender name in the Add Sender Email form. After entering the sender email address and name, click the 'Add Sender Email' button at the bottom of the form to save your new sender email configuration.

Sender Email Options
In the Sender Emails page, you can see the email address added. Click the settings icon next to a sender email entry in the list to complete the email setup.

Complete Sender Email Configuration
You'll receive an email to "Confirm sender signature". Kindly confirm the email and click on the Refresh button. You'll see the DKIM record and Return-Path details.

Complete the DKIM and Return Path configurations.
Kindly add the DKIM and Return path configurations to your DNS settings and click on the Verify buttons to see the status.
? Note: The DKIM and Return path configurations details need to be added to your DNS settings by logging into your hosting account or contacting your web host provider. 
To configure your Return-Path domain, create a CNAME record in your DNS settings with the name "pm-bounces" pointing to pm.mtasv.net.
