We have recently updated our hack clean report for you to review after the cleanup process. When a user's website is hacked, we will label it as 'Hacked.

The screenshot below shows the malware present on the website for your review.

Click on 'Review Security' >> 'Review Malware' to view the infected file. To see the contents of the infected file, please click on 'View File' as shown in the screenshot.

After reviewing these processes, please proceed to run the cleaner to remove the malware from the website.

To know more about advanced option you can refer this help article : Innovative Enhancements to Our Hack Cleanup Process

After the cleanup process is completed, you will be able to view the screenshot below and click 'View Report'.

When you click 'View Report,' it will display complete details of the cleanup process, as shown in the screenshot below.

If any hacked files are present, they will be shown in the 'File Action' section, and any malicious database scripts will be displayed in the 'Database Action' section.

We have also added a new feature called 'Steps to be Taken' to validate the presence of vulnerable plugins, themes, and WordPress core updates on the website.

Additionally, you will also be redirected to our help article to request Google to re-index your site and address any issues if your Google Ads account is suspended.

Alternatively, you can view the report anytime by logging into the dashboard, clicking on the activity icon, and selecting any 'Site Cleaned' notification according to the date. You will then be redirected to the hack cleanup report page to view the report.
