PluginDeactivatedOrDelete - We are unable to connect to your site because the plugin is either deactivated or uninstalled from the site. 


1. Log into your website’s wp-admin. Here, you have to confirm if our plugin is installed & active on the website. 

  • If the plugin is installed but deactivated, please activate it again and start a new sync from our dashboard. 
  • If the plugin is not visible at all, you would need to install the plugin on the website & then activate the plugin.

    Open your account dashboard & select the website you want to set up. You can enter the wp-admin credentials for Automatic Setup OR download the plugin via Manual Installation and install the plugin on the website via wp-admin:
