To visit the staging site, you need to enter the HTTP auth credentials that you can find inside the staging details page:
Once you have entered the staging URL, you use the wp-admin (https://www.test.net/wp-admin) or the your custom URL that you used to login to the live site.
You can use the same WordPress admin credentials that you use on the live site.
