If you are locked out of the account, you can generate Login Protection Captcha to access your account again.
A very effective way to protect your login is to use a Captcha tool, which generates an image with warped alphanumeric text on it.
Users are required to read the garbled text, and type it out in the text box below the image. The image expires after a certain amount of time, and must be refreshed after expiry.
However, we start blocking requests with Captcha if 3 consecutive failed attempts are made from an IP within 30 minutes duration. In this case, the user can prove he is not a bot and he will be given more 3 attempts.
Once the user fails all attempts given after Captcha blocking, IP will be blocked for 30 minutes i.e no attempts are allowed for the next 30 minutes.
