How Do I Restore or Recover My Site?

Select Your Website
Click on your site name in the center of the Sites page to access site management options
Note: Your site will be listed with its domain name and display name

Navigate to Backups
Click on the Backups option in the left sidebar menu to view your backup history and options
Note: The Backups menu item is located in the navigation panel on the left side of the page

Restore option
Click on the Restore button in the top-right corner of the Backup Details page to access restore functionality
Note: This opens additional backup management options, including the restore feature

Change Backup Version - Optional
The process selects the recent backup by default. Click on the Change button in the Backup Version section if you wish to choose the older or a different backup.
Note: This opens a list of available backup versions you can restore
Click on the specific backup date from the list to choose as your restore point. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the backup selection dialog to confirm your chosen backup version
Note: This closes the backup selection dialog and applies your chosen restore point

Selective Restore - Optional
By default, all backed-up files and tables will be restored. Click on the Select button below the Selective Restore option in the center of the page if you wish to choose specific files and database tables to restore instead
Note: This allows you to restore only specific parts of your site instead of everything

Proceed to Restore
Click the Continue button at the bottom of the page to proceed with the selected restore configuration
Note: This moves you to the next step, where you'll review your restore settings

Restore Summary
The Restore process will start automatically. If we face any issues in establishing a connection with the website, the process may ask for the FTP details here to run the Restore process.
Note: This page shows all the restore settings you've configured before initiating the process
Step 6 of 7
Start Restore Process
Click the Initiate button at the bottom of the page to begin the restore process with your selected settings
Note: This starts the actual restoration of your site from the chosen backup
Step 7 of 7
Monitor Restore Progress
The Restore Progress page shows real-time status including initialization, file copying, database restoration, and completion stages. You'll receive a notification to your email address once the process is completed.
Note: Monitor the progress indicators to see which restoration phase is currently running and the estimated completion time. The page displays detailed status messages and a success notification when complete.
