Scheduling reports for your website is a straightforward process with BlogVault. Follow the steps below to ensure regular updates on your website's performance and status:


Step 1: Sign in to your BlogVault Account

Begin by signing in to your BlogVault account.


Step 2: Select Your Website

On the BlogVault site listing page, choose the specific website for which you want to schedule a report.

Step 3: Navigate to the Reporting Module

Once on the site details page, scroll down, locate the Reporting module, and click on "Schedule."

Step 4: Choose Reporting Interval

At the top of the page, select the reporting interval. You can decide the frequency and start date for the reporting cycle.

Step 5: Customize Your Report

Tailor the report according to your preferences:

  • Choose a pre-built template or stick with the default settings.
  • Modify the Report Title.
  • Provide an Introduction Title, Introduction, and conclusion Message.
  • Select specific data categories you wish to include in the report (Overview, Updates, Backup, Security, etc.).

Step 6: Additional Customization Options

Towards the end of the page, explore additional customization options:

  • Add a custom logo to replace the default BlogVault Logo.
  • Change the email address from which the report will be sent.
  • Include additional email addresses to receive the report.
  • Automatically send the report to the client assigned to the website.

Step 7: Confirm and Schedule

Once all the necessary data is entered and customization is complete, click "Schedule" to confirm and set up the scheduled reports.


With these steps, you can effortlessly schedule and customize reports for your website, keeping you informed about its status and performance.
