How Do I Schedule Auto Updates for Multiple Sites?

Open Auto Updates
Click **Auto Updates** in the left sidebar to access automatic update settings.

Start New Schedule
Click the **Create Schedule** button located in the top-right of the Auto Update Schedules page.

Choose Start Date
Click the Start Date field in the schedule form to define when automatic updates should begin.
Note: This date determines when future updates will be calculated.

Select Calendar Date
Select the desired date from the calendar to set the first run of the auto-update schedule.

Confirm Date Selection
Once after selecting correct date, please make sure to select the schedule frequency.
Note: Need to choose the correct start date to check what options are available.

Review Schedule Preview
Review the Frequency section in the middle of the page to confirm how often updates will run and the exact upcoming dates. For example, here we’ve chosen the last day of every month. The UI shows a preview of the upcoming schedules based on the selected start date and frequency.
Note: This preview helps ensure updates align with your maintenance plan.

Change Site Selection
Click Change in the Sites Selection section to modify which sites are included in this update schedule.

Search and Assign Sites
Use the search field in the Assign Sites section to find sites by name or URL and adjust their selection.
Note: Selected sites will follow this update schedule.

Save Site Selection
Click "Save" in the "Assign Sites" section to confirm the selected sites.

Update Schedule
Click Update Schedule at the bottom of the page to apply all changes to the auto-update schedule.

Verify Schedule Update
Please look over the Auto Update Schedules list to confirm the schedule appears with the correct frequency, next run date, and assigned sites.
Note: Look for the success message and ensure the Next Update date matches your selected schedule.
